Although we may have been anticipating the message we received yesterday evening from the PM, the reality of what coming days will hold will still get some getting used to. Here’s a short 3 minute message which I hope will encourage you today:
It’s so important during this time that we follow not only the first part of our Church vision statement, staying ‘Connected to Jesus’ – it is also important that we stay connected to each other. One of our current priorities is making sure we are able to do that via iknow and emails, via WhatsApp groups, via Facebook, via the telephone, via Zoom. My hope is that in the next few days you will all receive a telephone phone call from a member of the CSK family as we get into care zone groups, being there for one another during these challenging days. Hearing a voice and/or seeing a friendly face via zoom, will help us all in coming days and weeks.
Stay safe and do get in touch if you need any practical help. We have a number of people willing to go shopping for those who are unable to go to the shops for themselves.
