PT Youth Leader – 18-20 hours p/w

God has blessed us with a growing number of young people at CSK and we want them to grow in their faith. We are looking for someone to continue to develop our church youth provision, offering young people (aged 11-18) opportunities to explore, deepen and express their faith, in keeping with CSK’s values and beliefs. Other parts of the role include creating fun socials and developing opportunities for young people in the community to explore and experience the Christian faith for themselves.
The role is part-time (half full-time). The expectation is that the post holder will make CSK their home church and will worship at CSK, as the job includes Sunday mornings.

PT Deputy Children and Families Leader – 10 hours p/w (Sunday mornings and flexible midweek)

We currently employ a PT Children & Families Leader for 20 hours a week, but the work has grown to the point that we are looking for further PT leadership, which must include Sunday mornings, but also some midweek work (the latter is flexible and can be shaped around the successful candidate).
We are looking for someone who has experience with working with under-11s, either in an education setting or other professional or church-based capacity.
The expectation is that the post holder will make CSK their home church and will worship at CSK, as the job includes Sunday mornings.

We are currently recruiting for a PT Youth Leader for c.20 hours a week, as above, but the work has grown to the point that we are looking for further PT leadership, which must include Sunday mornings, with scope for midweek work (the latter is flexible and can be shaped around the successful candidate). We urgently need to multiply our Sunday youth work into two groups, older and younger, with two core leaders.
